Booking terms

These terms explain how requests on this website work. A confirmed stay — including final price and payment details — is set in our email confirmation.

Requests are not confirmed bookings

Submitting the form is a request to stay with us. It does not reserve a room or create a binding contract until we confirm availability and details by email (usually within 24 hours).

Prices and payment

Nightly rates and totals shown on the site are estimates only. We do not take payment on this website. The final price and how to pay (for example on arrival, or as agreed in the confirmation email) are confirmed by email.

Published room prices include VAT. The overnight stay / climate resilience fee (τέλος ανθεκτικότητας) is not included in those figures and is payable at the guesthouse according to the applicable rate for our category.

Cancellation and changes

These rules apply once we have confirmed your stay. If you need to change dates or cancel before confirmation, simply write to us at info@hotel-atlas-santorini.com.

Up to 20 days before arrival date, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 3 nights will be charged.
In case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Governing law

These terms and any stay arranged through this site are governed by the laws of Hellenic Republic (Greece). Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Greece, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
